Kelly - Dental Hygienist
Hi, I'm Kelly! I'm a dental hygienist at our office, which means I'm lucky enough to get to spend lots of one-on-one time with our patients. I love to hear what they've been up to since their last visit and hear about their family. I always do my best to put each person at ease and make them feel at home!
My husband, Brett, and I have two crazy kids, Ashley and Evan! I love spending time with them and going on family trips. I also love going out to eat! Once, I'm pretty sure I ate my weight at Olive Garden. They really love me there!
Nicole - Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Nicole, and I'm a dental assistant. My favorite part of my job is easing someone's nerves. I love when people come in and realize that being at the dentist can be a really positive experience! When patients leave with a relieved smile on their face, it always makes me feel like I've done my job well.
I love running around and playing sports with my husband and two sons. Something very important about me is that I'm the only Mizzou fan in the office! GO MU!
Jennifer - Dental Hygienist
Welcome to our practice! I'm Jennifer, and as a dental hygienist, I enjoy all the personal interaction with our patients. I love relating to each person on a personal level, and finding out things we have in common. Working with our doctors is great because they're so good at what they do, but are really laid-back people, too!
My husband and I love going to movies. I'm always up for a chat about the latest flick! I also love to hang out with my two kids and our crazy dog named Boston.
Cookie - RDH
Hello there! I'm Cookie, a registered dental hygienist. I love getting to know our patients and being a part of their community. I teach our patients about how to keep their teeth clean and healthy. I love to laugh and have a good time, and have made many great friends at our practice! Each new patient is a wonderful challenge for me to make them feel at ease and comfortable.
When I'm not in the office, I love to shop, garden, and hang out with my wonderful husband and our three kids. During the fall, I lose my voice pretty often from yelling enthusiastically at my TV. GO JAYHAWKS!
Toni - Bookkeeper, Insurance and Finance Coordinator
Howdy! I'm Toni, and as you might notice, I was born in Texas! I am the insurance coordinator at our practice, and I love chatting with patients and helping them get the most from their insurance plans. I started working at this practice way back in 1979, when Dr. Waters was young! Hey, that means I was young, too!
Outside the office, I love being with my husband, Frank, and our daughter, Rachel. I also enjoy baking, and often try out new recipes on coworkers and patients!
Shannon - Practice Administrator
Hello, and welcome to our practice! I'm Shannon, the practice administrator. As Dr. Waters' daughter, I like to know what my dad is up to, so I have my hands in almost every aspect of the practice! Our patients are incredibly special to us, and we like to treat them as part of our family.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my husband, Jonathan. We're newlyweds and love to spend every second together. I also am an art therapist at a nonprofit counseling and education agency in Independence, Missouri.
Jani - Doctor Patient Coordinator
Hello there! I'm Jani, the doctor patient coordinator, and I'm usually the first person our patients see when coming in the office. I love welcoming people by name and with a big smile! My favorite part of my job is seeing each patient light up when they see our doctors and staff, because they know they'll be well cared for here! We also love to have fun in our office. At Christmas time we have a gingerbread house contest to see who builds the best house - we let our patients vote on their favorite!
I am one of the biggest KU basketball fans you'll meet! My dad played for KU, and my husband and I love going to KU basketball parties!
Jeannie - Hygiene Coordinator
Hi there, my name is Jeannie! I'm a hygiene coordinator in our office, and I love greeting patients as they walk in the office. Our patients are part of our community, and we love to see them smile! You'll notice the relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walk in our office, because we all get along great, and want only the best for our patients!
I love the outdoors! I walk every day, which is my hobby, and work out at the gym. I would love to get a bike and get on the trails and see where it leads me!
Kristi - Dental Hygienist
Hello, I'm Kristi! As a dental hygienist, I help our patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles they can feel good about! Drs. Waters and Davidson are simply wonderful to work with. They always push me to do my best, and are so easy to get along with! They care for our patients like family, and it shows every day.
When outside the office, I spend time with my two daughters, DeAun and Kennadi, and our dog, Jack! I also love working out and shopping. I hope to see you at our practice soon!
Brenda - Dental Assistant
Welcome! My name is Brenda, and Im a dental assistant. Im an Old Settler in Olathe, and love to work in a friendly, people-oriented job where I get to interact with patients and see them smile. Waters Davidson Family Dentistry is such a fun place to work!
Outside of the job I spend my time with my husband, Todd, and our two daughters, Kelli and Lauren. They are both students at KU! Rock Chalk! Im enjoy cooking too, always trying something new.
Aubrey - Treatment Planning Coordinator
Hi, My name is Aubrey, and it's a pleasure to assist you with your treatment and insurance benefits. Working here with Drs. Waters, Davidson, and Brotherson is wonderful, I get to meet so many interesting people!
I love spending time with my husband watching our boys play soccer. My quiet time includes candle making and reading, and there is nothing better than watching a classic musical, "My Fair Lady" is my favorite!
